The city center is 30 minutes away by car and 40 minutes by S-Bahn.

3Can I ride horses at your place?
Our riding school offers riding courses if you bring your own horse. Information on horse accommodation and riding courses can be obtained from the riding facility.

Yes. There are towels and bed linen for each guest.

6When is the apartment free and when do I have to hand it over?
Check-in is from 3pm, check-out is until 10am.
7By what time do we have to be there at the latest?
You can check in at any time after 3 pm. You will receive check-in instructions from us by email 7 days before arrival, or alternatively by WhatsApp. Please make sure that you have received and read these instructions before you arrive.
8Can we check out later than 10am?
We can't tell you until we know when the next guest will arrive after you. Usually we can arrange such arrangements the night before.
9Can I bring my dog?
Yes. Please provide us with the appropriate information before you arrive.
10How far is the nearest supermarket?
Aldi, ReWe and Edeka are in the immediate vicinity and easy to reach by car.
11How do we get to the apartment?
You will receive check-in instructions from us by email 7 days before arrival, alternatively also WhatsApp. Please make sure that you have received and read these instructions before you arrive.
12Can we get extra beds in the apartment?
No more than 6 people can stay in one apartment. Exception: babies.
13What are the cancellation conditions?

14What is the deposit?
There is no deposit.
15I am coming from abroad. How can I make the deposit?
Bank transfer or credit card. Details by email.
16I am from China. Can I pay with AliPay or WeChat?
No.
17Do you provide airport transfer?
We can arrange a cab for you. We strongly recommend you to take a rental car.
18Can you pick me up from the commuter train?
Yes, by prior arrangement. We strongly recommend that you take a rental car.
19How does check-in work?
Contactless with instructions. You will receive these instructions together with the invoice by email 7 days before arrival. Alternatively also by WhatsApp.
20Can I check in earlier than 3pm?
No, but we can accept your luggage.
21Can I check in later than 6pm?
Yes, this is easily possible with the check-in instructions. You will receive these from us 7 days before arrival by email, alternatively also WhatsApp. Please make sure that you have received and read these instructions before you arrive.
22Can I check out later than 10am?
Only if availability permits and by prior arrangement.
23How far is it to the Circus Krone?
By car you can get to Circus Krone in 3 minutes, on foot it is just 15 minutes.

We also need your billing address, the names of the people arriving and the departure and arrival dates.
27How do I pay for my reservation?
You will receive an invoice from us 7 days before arrival by email or alternatively by WhatsApp. You can transfer the amount due immediately to our account.
